iron and naturally low in saturated fat. Compared to ground beef,
ground ostrich contains fifty percent less fat per serving. Prime
ostrich fillet is similar to beef tenderloin in texture but
contains sixty percent less fat and twenty seven percent fewer
calories per serving. Our ostrich yearlings are finished on brewers
