Ingredients

1. Lactalbumin hydrolysates:

Lactalbumin is hydrolyzed to tryptophan peptide mixture (EZpeptide) to regulate biological clock and stimulate serotonin secretion, so that there is sufficient serotonin for anti-anxiety during day time and for melatonin conversion (help entering sleep state) at night.
