Gardenia Yellow
Features:
1.Be free from contamination
2.Be easy soluble in water,diluted ethanol and propanediol,not
soluble in oil.
3.Ph value has almost no influence to its color value.Its steadier
than
β-carotene in
PH***1.
4.The water solution of the pigment has a brightand stable
golden-yellowish hue, especially in alkaline soluble, with the
absorbtance peak at **0nm.
5.The revivification -resistance and microbe-resistant are
excellent.
6.Have a good stability to light ,heat and micro be and good dyeing
ability to starch and protein.
7.Metal ions have no influence on it but Fe. It becomes black when
it meets.

Application:It can be used as a natural pigment
for flour products,noodles,cakes puddings
,jam,jelly,candy,cookies,drinks,wine,beverage,dairy product,cocoa
product,chocolate product,ice cream,chestnut,pickles,yellow
rice,cosmetics,silk cloth,cotton cloth,medicine and Chinese herbs
etc.
