We have two leading OIls:

1. ALMA ***7: This Single Estate, Limited Edition, Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil Coupage is made on a farm owned and operated by an order of monks - San Juan de Dios (St. John of God). They have been using proceeds from the land to fund hospitals for more than **0 years, since ***7. Besides the fact that sales contribute to the funding of hospitals and health care institutions, this product truly is a premium olive oil (achieved a very high score at FLOS OLEI ***3), that follows traditional, sustainable, cultivation techniques. Please find the product presentation of ALMA ***7  attached.

2. ALMA GREEN:This is a high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil grown in the Toledo region of Spain. This is not a limited edition with higher volume availability, but it is excellent quality and it is produced in accordance with the ElementalFoods Sustainability program and presented to you in our ElementalFoods designed packaging.

ElementalFoods has a very strong marketing and design component that is evidenced by the groundbreaking bottling and packaging designs you can see attached. We are however very conscious of the fact that you might have specific wishes regarding design and/or packaging that we would be very responsive to. Characteristics:
Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Elemental Foods Coupage
This oil is an extra virgin olive oil meaning that the oil is obtained only from the olive, the fruit of the olive tree, using solely
mechanical or other physical means, in conditions, particularly thermal conditions, which do not alter the oil in any way. It has not
undergone any treatment other than washing, decanting, centrifuging, and filtering. This excludes oils obtained by the use of solvents
or re-esterification methods, and those mixed with oils from other sources. It has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of no more than
0.8 grams per **0 grams (0.8%), and other characteristics that correspond to those fixed for this category in the IOOC standards.
Furthermore, this oil is cold pressed meaning that during Malaxation and Extraction the olive paste is kept under *3ºC (*3,4ºF).
Tasting:
Color: Light green
Aroma: Medium-high fruity intensity with green characteristics. The presence of herbs is highlighted above that of leaves, combining
both with medium-high intensities of tomato and artichoke. Notes of green almond husks are also perceived.
Taste: Bitterness and spiciness manifest with medium intensity. The sensation of freshly cut herbs clearly stands out above the other
green attributes detected in the aroma. Additionally, hints of banana are noted with great persistence. As a whole, it is complex and
balanced.
