We have developed a comprehensive methodology for doing product appraisal and demonstrating the benefits of projects undertaken, directly in terms of cash flows and as revenues items on the balance sheet. Project appraisal methodology used by us is being widely adopted by various nationalized banks for the purpose of financing turnkey energy efficiency projects.

We also specialize in helping our customers meet their growing energy needs by setting up renewable power generation plants. All projects are carried out in 3 phases, each phase is tailor made by
our professional consultants to meet the requirements of the client.

Phase 1

• This is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency and aligning the current consumption as per the set benchmarks
• A complete survey of the facility/plant will be conducted by us, making details of the energy consumption done.
• Exhaustive energy audit is carried out on the facility by a certified energy auditor, who would evaluate the current consumption of energy in the plant against the set benchmarks.
• Recommendations are made basis auditors findings.
• We would help you implement these findings and convert them into energy savings.

  
  Phase 2

   

  • This is aimed at remodeling the production cycle of the plant and transition to a more energy efficient production capacity OR making the plant self reliant in terms of its energy requirements by switching over to a non conventional/ sustainable energy generation capability
  • Basis primary findings of phase 1, and future energy requirements of the plant, a feasibility study is conducted to make the plant self sufficient in terms of its energy requirements.
  • Various options like setting up an alternate energy generation plant or redesigning the production cycle are evaluated in terms of cost, benefits and pay back period.
  • Financial aspects of these recommendations are presented before the customer, along with proposed sources for the required funding.
  • Implementation of the agreed upon project as per the aforementioned steps.

    
    Phase 3

     

    • This is aimed at translating the benefits of energy conservation project into tangible cash benefits and helping the customers in getting government subsidies, international accreditation associated with using green technologies.
      Translation of the benefits accruing from phase 1 and phase 2 into cash flow benefits.
      Completion of documentation and submission of project reports to government agencies for getting subsidies/carbon credits for using green technologies and sustainable energy sources.
      Maintenance and monitoring of the plant/ revised production cycle. We would like to understand from you in greater details the nature and scope of your requirement/problem.
