Walnut, in our region, is produced on small rural
plantation. Process of separating the shell from the core is done
manually, where we get the core of ½, ¼, and smaller.
Storage: Walnut is storaged at a temperature of 5 degrees in a dark
room without the presence of foreign bodies.
Packaging: 5 kg and *0 kg in a white cardboard box, vacuum-packed 5
kg and *0 kg.
Chestnut, Latin name: Castanea
sativa
Chestnut in our forests exists in the *0% of state-owned
forests and in private ownership of *0%. The chestnut harvest is done by
hand. Our chestnut is not calibrated and it is not sterilized.
Caliber of chestnuts is approx ******0 / 1kg.
Storage: chestnut is storaged at 4 degrees, within *2 hours in
chambers, refrigerated.

Garlic is produced in smaller rural plantations, harvest is
done manually. Garlic caliber is 4.5 cm - 6 cm.
Storage: In ventilated warehouse where we get the dried
product, and then storing it in a closed warehouse at a temperature
of **8 degrees.
Packaging: Garlic is packed in mesh bags, green, red, blue color *0
and *0 kg, brown cardboard box *0 kg.
Cucumber, Latin name: Cucumis sativus
Cucumber is obtained with earlier preparation and signing
the contract with our agronomists. Harvest is done by hand,
sorting is done by sorting machines. Our production is based
on industrial production where customer determines the amount of
production.
Storage: cucumber is not storaged during harvest , it is delivered
fresh to the customer.
Packaging: it is packed in mesh bags *0 and *0 kg, or **0 kg
plastic baskets. We have the first class of **6 cm, the other class
of **9 cm, a third class of ***2 cm.

to the above we can also organize and harvest other types of
fruit, such as, cranberry, pomegranate, crab apple, juniper, all
the products we get from nature without treatment with chemicals.
It is well known that our region has high quality products, we are
not polluted by heavy industry, we do not use any machines in
harvesting and all the grapes are picked by hand.
