What is
INUSAP? INUSAP is an excellent product as a growth
promoter as feed additive in poultry, swine
and companion animals What is
the composition of INUSAP? It is composed of Inulin and saponin (Inulin
comes from the chicory root) and Shells, Seeds
and Fruits of Sapindaceae and Saponaria family
. What is
Inulin and the benefits of Inulin in INUSAP? Inulin is a polydisperse non-starch
polysaccharide naturally occurring as a storage carbohydrate in
some *6,**0 plant species. The main sources of inulin are
chicory. Inulin consists of chains of
fructose units and inulin is resistant to
enzymatic hydrolysis in the upper gastrointestinal tract of humans
and animals. When undigested inulin reaches the colon
it is fermented by colonic microflora, which causes selectively
stimulating the growth of certain groups of bacteria. Therefore,
inulin is considered the archetypal prebiotic . A
prebiotic is defined as “a nondigestible food ingredient that
beneficially affects the host by selectively stimulating the growth
and/or activity of one or a limited number of bacteria in the colon
and thus improves host health” . Inulin is used successfully in
animals feed. ‘inulin’, is known as a precursor of a
prebiotic in dairy products for human nutrition and as a
feed for animals. Main benefits of Inulin in
INUSAP Its prebiotics improve minerals
metabolism, promote optimum Blood sugar level. Adding
prebiotics such as inulin and oligofructose to poultry diets
improves mineral absorption in layers, resulting in benefits
including improved eggshell strength and lower mortality rates,
amongst others.
What is
saponin and the benefits of saponin in
INUSAP? Saponins are phytosterol compounds that occur
naturally in some plants. Saponins have antimicrobial and
antifungal properties, along with anti-inflammatory and
immune-stimulating properties. Saponins as the name may indicate
are compounds that have the property of dissolving fats (think
soap, we use soap to wash off greasy hands !), This very property
on the cellular level is makes it possible to reduce cholesterol
(which is basically FAT). The cell walls of microorganisms consist
of fatty chain molecules and saponins may have the ability to
rupture these walls which, as SKK indicates gives rise to anti
microbial & anti fungal characteristics.
So saponin cleans the intestines and improves significantly better
intestinal villi health.By improving/expanding intestinal villi ,
absorbtion becomes better and there become significantly increased
the body weight gain of birds and Improved feed conversion by
using just **0gram/per MT.
Also Saponins are used widely for their effects
on ammonia emissions in animal feeding. The mode of action seems to
be an inhibition of the urease enzyme, which splits up excreted
urea in feces into ammonia and carbon dioxide. Animal trials have
shown that a reduced ammonia level in farming operations causes
less damages to the respiratory tract of animals, and may help to
make them less vulnerable to diseases. Main benefits of Saponin in
INUSAP Odor and ammonia control, Altered rumen
fermentation, Anti-Protozoal activity, Modified nutrient
absorption, Enhanced immune responses, Reproductive
effects,Arthritis prevention,Improved animal performance and growth
promoting activity,Cell growth stimulation (Seed germination, root
elongation, Antioxidant, Increase absorptive surface,Growth
promoter antibiotic replacer, Improvement of feed conversion, odour
