The idea of this oil comes from a common dream of the producers Antonello and Giuseppe involved in organic farming for twenty years.
Their aim was to produce their excellence oil in a peasuful and enchanting place. The dream became true as soon as they decided to built a top quality milling facility and to convert the surrounding farm.
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of a scrupulous harvesting and production. The olives are produced in the farm around the milling facility, an area located between the hills and the sea, next to the national park of Serre and the protected area of WWF.
A fruity and intense taste with an excellent bouquet. This organic extra virgin olive oil is suitable for any sort of cooking; ideal dressing for fresh salads, and on any dish of the Mediterranean cuisine.
