This picual variety is from Jan region. It has a high
component of antioxidants. Green kiwi fruit color, sweet, with
soft bitterness and itching. In nose it presents fresh
aromas of herbs, artichoke and fruit compote. In mouth
it is soft and balanced, with banana, red apple, red
tomato and balsamic herbs
touches. Long persistence in the palate. It is voluminous and
well-structured in the mouth and is elegant both in
nose and mouth. Recommended uses: Special for
salad dressings, tomato soup, gazpacho,
cheeses and grilled meats.
