Nigerian dried Split Ginger, 1st Grade, Well Dried, moisture maximum *2%.

Quality: 1st grade

Thickness: **5mm

Moisture Content: Max 9%

Acid Insoluble Ash: Max 1%

Alcohol Soluble Extracts: Max 9%

DRYING PROCESS:    

The fresh Rhizomes are cleaned of earth and other extraneous material. 

The cleaned Rhizome is split in half and then air - dried until the moisture content is less than *2%.
