product which contains a mixture of whole milk and *0% sugar,
heated until *0% of water evaporates, creating a sweet sticky
mixture. it is a smooth viscous liquid manufactured from fresh
milk, which is then standardized, mixed with sugar and pasteurized
before evaporating to a minimum of *2.4% solids and 8% butterfat.
