Atlantic Marine Services Limited was incorporated on the *0th of
July, ***8 under the companies and allied matters act of ***0 under
RC:*****1 as a wholly owned indigenous Marine Transportation and
Logistics company, set up to provide services to the Marine, Oil,
Gas and Construction Industries.
The company recognized a need for marine transportation to support
the multinational companies that are operating in the Niger delta
and across Nigeria. We are into leasing of House Boats,
Self-Propelled Barges, Tug Boats, Swamp Buggy, Hydraulic Crane,
Dredging Equipment, Backhoes, Excavators, Seismograph vehicles,
Barges, Personnel and Cargo Carrier, Towboats, Pile driving
equipment, Compressors, Generators and Real Estate.
