• Picholine

  The Picholine has a dual-purpose, best known as green table olive or olive cocktail, it is also used to produce olive oil. Green and very fruity, the Picholine oil, with its delicate bitterness and a subtle piquant, is characterized by aromas of pome fruit (apple and pear) with herbal notes of hay.
