We have developed microprocessor controller which are widely used in recent plants of  Kaushik Engineering Works etc., having following detail.

1.FIT  Unit :  Showing aggregate flow in TPH with Totalizer  in Tons, Feeder % control for  all four Bins, Bitumen Flow control in kg/mt. with Totalizer  in kg, Mineral Flow control in kg/mt. with totaliser in kg       Temperature Indicator of Mix Material, Exhaust Gas, Bitumen Tank1& Bitumen Tank 2 Provision for moisture setting in %  These data of Aggregate, Bitumen, Mineral and all Temperatures are transferred to local  Computer and the print out is carried out by the printer  The following will be displayed in this instrument
