PAYMENT TERMS: Irrevocable, transferable, auto revolving Letter of
Credit must be issued by a top *5 world class Bank. All contracts
must carry a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) for the value of
TWO (2) months shipment. SBLC will be returned to issuer at the end
of the completed contract.
PERFORMANCE BOND: A 2% Performance Guarantee will be issued for the
value of one month shipment after receipt and acceptance of the
Letter of Credit from buyer in the form of a Lloyds of London
Insurance policy.
