MANGO

After harvesting, the mangoes will be peeled, cleaned and put into the machine into thin slices to fit the mouth. Then put into the heat drying chamber, giving the product of dried mango with product quality guaranteed of softness, flexibility to taste, color and flavor of mango still preserved after drying.

Nutrient content from Mango:
Mangoes contain lots of kalo and many nutrients like vitamin C; vitamin A; vitamin B6 and some other B vitamins
Mangoes also contain many good bacteria for the body.

The vitamin in mango has an antioxidant effect and strengthens the immune system and eyesight, prevents dry eyes, night blindness

There are several kinds of mangoes in Vietnam: the yellow ones with sweet and soft meat including "xoai cat", "xoai tuong", "xoai ngua" etc.
Mango has a round shape, light yellow smooth skin. They are  bright yellow, both inside and outside, with an almost overly sweet and juicy flavour. 

Mango is commonly found as an after-meal fruit treats in many families from North to South. The ripen ones are blended with sweet condensed milk.
