In our Western Region of Cameroon we let the cocoa and coffee grow in it\'s own environment without loss of forest. This assure the coffee and cocoa coming from cooperative is of high-quality. Surrounded by mountains we use fresh mountain water for irrigation.
The fertile ground of the dense rain forest in Cameroon enriched with volcanic soil, tremendously contributes to the exceptional taste and quality of the Cameroon cocoa and coffee beans.
The cocoa component in this chocolate tastes pleasantly with a rich fruity acidity that refresh the palate combined with sweet hints of caramel and toffee. Cameroon chocolate are appealing to all senses.
The coffee farmers has a hundred-year-old tradition of growing high-quality coffee such as Arabica and Robusta with low acidity, influences of cocoa, nuts and dark berries. Many of the farms also specialised in organic farming.
