Dongguan Jianchang Industrial Co.,Ltd was found in ***5,we are focus in AL/Zn die-casting mould design and product manufacturing 、precision CNC machining，our company located in Zhaolin Jinchuan industrial area, Xiegang Town,Dongguan City, Guangdong Province CHINA.We self-built Jianchang industrialpark ,with covers an area of ****0 square meters and construction area of ****0 square meters ,staff has nearly **0 people .
We have kinds of die-casting machines,a total of  *6 units .（among *8T~**0T hot type zinc alloy die-casting machine 6 units,**0T~**0T cold type zinc alloy die-casting machine *0 units ).Using the 2 large central furnace smelting to supply high quality aluminum alloy liquid die-casting production ；We have a professional mold making team,can produce high precision die-csting mould ；has CNC machining center with domestic and foreign brands and the different types of **0sets,can according to customer requirements processing all kinds of hardware ; and also equipped with a series of comprehensive processing equipment:automatic grinding machine,sandblasting poloshing machine,drilling tapping machine,cleaning oven and so on.
We have  an independent testing laboratory, equipped with direct reading spectrometer, three dimension image , projector, salt spray test machine, color difference meter and other import and domestic measuring instruments and laboratory equipment. Has passed ISO***1, ISO****1, TS****9  system certification, our product fully comply with the EU RoHS environmental protection requirements.
