We produce High quality cassava flour in Ghana.Raw cassava roots are washed and cleaned from dust and unwanted materials. It is then peeled to remove the skin. A slicing machine cuts it into thin pieces before it Is dried on a continuous automatic belt dryer. The dried chips is milled and seived to attain less than **0 microns particles of high quality fine white cassava flour. This is used for bakery and pastries. It also find uses in the paper and plywood industry as binders. It is also used in the brewary industry for beer preparations.
