Fujian, China, Fujian Huahai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd is a leading
global offshore marine group specializing in the building of
Offshore Support Vessels ("OSVs"). Our Group is also one of the top
regional OSV shipbuilders.
Since the humble
beginnings in ***8 building only fishing vessels, to date the Group
owns and operates one of the most famous shipbuilding yards for
Offshore Support Vessels in China. Our Group focuses on the
construction and engineering of complex, sophisticated,
environmentally friendly and quality OSVs that are equipped with
the latest technology for use in the offshore oil and gas
exploration and production ("E&P") and oil services industries

experienced and dedicated management team led by Executive Chairman
Mr. Zhang Nai Xian, who has more than *0 years of experience in the
shipbuilding industry. He is well supported by Chief Executive
Officer Mr. Jack Zhang, who has *5 years of shipbuilding, sales and
management expertise. A team of dedicated executive officers and
other key management personnel also work closely together to
