2.2 Example of Experience and Qualification
Hilaire Boris Bounsana holds a Bachelors degree in International
Commerce, followed by Administration and Business Management and
is currently Chairman. He was able to apply his knowledge in the
course of business mandates in France, the United Kingdom and the
United States, where he was, for example, CEO of Moundo Ltd
Finance*9 Group Ltd Kerosene International Ltd. These positions
required real commercial qualities, a keen sense of organisation,
meticulous planning and decision making... We believe that these
are the qualities needed to succeed in this new flow management
