Founded in May, ***2 in high-tech
industrial zone, Yantai, Shandong, China, DFAIC has developed
itself into a spectrometer¬¡¬¬…¾s
producer and developer that has established a worldwide marketing
network with a sophisticated maintenance system.
our guiding principle is
to diversify our products for the global market and apply our
research to meet the market¬¡¬¬…¾s
need. The successful combination of our self development with other
institutions is evidenced by the cooperation with University of
Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC), Tsinghua
University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, University Of Science And
Technology Of China and Shandong University. We took the lead in
setting up¬¡¬Industrial Technology Strategic League for
High-end Spectrometers and Core Parts¬¡¬,¬¡¬UESTC-DFAIC Academy for Photoelectric
Technology¬¡¬ with Yantai Government and
UESTC,¬¡¬Radiation Detection and Hardening
Institution¬¡¬ with Yantai Nuclear Power Development
Center and Northwestern Polytechnical University. We focus on
developing core photoelectric parts and mainly engaged in producing
spectral analyzers. Out goal is to establish a photoelectric
cluster that delves into electromagnetic field which relates
closely to medical machines, radiation detection and green
technology.
In recent years,
spectrometers with a dozen of models have come out such as series
of OES, XRF, ICP-OES and LIBS, thanks to the efforts by our
research team that has made a breakthrough in etching techniques
for blaze grating with multi-waveband, plasma source generation,
thermal coating techniques for multialkali photocathode,
double-sided SDD photolithography, low expansion materials and
optical circuit. Of all spectrometers in market, the DF***0 OES won
the first prize by provincial machinery association and the second
prize for technological advancement at provincial level. The
DF****0 XRF won the second prize by provincial machinery
association and the third prize for technological advancement at
municipal level.
Chinese-made core parts
have broken the dependence on developed countries in terms of high
technology. This has promoted the upgrading of Chinese
photoelectric industry. By far, we have achieved *0% of
self-production for OES and *0% for XRF.
We have two provincial
level centers: Engineering Technology Development Center for
Spectrometers and Core Parts approved by Department of Science and
Technology of Shandong Province; One Enterprise One Technology
Center by Department of Economy and Information Technology of
Shandong Province. In ***6, Yantai Photoelectric Industry Incubator
was set up, together with Results Transfer and Conversion Center.
In ***9, Yantai DongYi Detection Technology Co.¬¡¬Open
Lab was established, marking the formation of a comprehensive
service platform. Thus, a high-tech industrial cluster featuring
high-end manufacturing and services came into being, represented by
the mode of¬¡¬ Institution-Incubator-industrial
park¬¡¬.
It puts together administrative, industrial and academic power
toward development and application purpose.
In April, ***9 Shandong
Guangtanxin Semi-conductor Tech Co. was established and employed
flexibly professor Zhou Xudong from Chinese Academy of Science and
professor Cha Gangqiang from Northwestern Polytechnical University.
We have worked with many academic institutions to co-train talents
such as Tsinghua University. Our establishment functions as a
experiment base for its graduates with bachelor, master and PHD
degree. We have worked with UESTC to set up the Postgraduate
Training Base which in ***0 turned into the UESTC graduate
school¬¡¬Yantai branch. We also put in place a joint
talent training mechanism with Yantai University and Ludong
University in which our cadres are graduate teachers. They set up a
joint development body to start and promote development programs.
We have diversified our core parts and applied them to key devices
which help us move toward a larger industry that features large
market, advanced technology and high added
value.
