Shanxi Tangrong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1995, its origin a subsidiary of arms industry group corporations. We specializes in manufacturing brake drums, brake shoes, brake back plates, wheel hubs, etc., and supplies a full range of automobile parts for heavy-duty truck, trailer and bus OEM market and aftermarket. The yearly average annual output is about 3,000,000 pieces and the capacity of staff is 980 approximately.
 
Our Brake drums have been introduced to North America for more than 20 years. When Tangrong was established, it has been being a good partner with KIC, and now it joins in Navistars high-end supply chain. Besides North America, our sales network also expands to Europe, Asia, Australia, Middle East and other regions nowadays。
 
In domestic market, especially for large bus and medium bus market, we captures near 85% market share. As an excellent supplier from the establishment, we has built up strategic partnership with domestic leading brands of automobile industry including DANA, SHACMAN, Foton, Yutong, Zhongtong, Golden Dragon, and so on. Tangrong, with high quality and reliability, is not only assigned a chief supplier for DDAC but for most manufactures in new energy bus, military vehicles and exported commercial vehicles.

• Composite brake drum is compounded with steel shell and iron. The high-performance brake drum adopts centrifugal casting and has competitive advantages compared with traditional brake drums. On weight, it reduces 20%%; on life expectancy, it increases 3 times. The overall performance is prompted.
• The Shell mold + soft iron mold process, perfectly combining shell mold process and sand-coated iron mold process, is developed in 2018. The process is suitable and flexible for almost various products as it is unnecessary to manufacture solely matched iron mold. Meanwhile, it makes the reuse of shell mold come true. In the evolution, we increase productivity significantly.
• Aimed at maintaining environmental-friendly industry, we are concentrated on cleaning, recycling, reusing of raw materials. Through crush, oil removal, rust removal and deslag over waste iron and steel scraps, the ration of raw materials is adjusted in accordance with the features of castings, and then all the materials are pressed to fixed cube. These pressed cubes can be smelted directly in the production. The project is solving the problem of solid waste materials progressively.
• After a long period of analysis and decision-making, our company invests an advanced Spanish casting product line called Loramendi. It mainly specializes in manufacturing high value-added gray iron castings or nodular iron castings with relatively light weight.
