Via Prom is a manufacturing company of various types of cookies and biscuits located in Ohrid, Macedonia (South Eastern Europe). We are mainly focused on manufacturing sandwich biscuits, cookies, honey cookies (similar to gingerbread), and tea cookies. We are looking for importers/distributors worldwide. Brief introduction: Our activities in the company commenced in the year ***1. In the first three years we were involved in trading with sweet products, and since ***3 we have started our own production. The management of the company has provided the necessary human resources, infrastructure and work space in order to achieve proper functioning of the company, its sustainability and permanent improvement of its efficiency. The staff is qualified and trained to perform all work tasks. With continous improvement of our knowledge, constant adaptation on new technologies, good organization as well as implementation of international quality standards, we suceed to win the market place that our products deserve. In August ***8 VIA PROM has implemented the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standard. With this standard, the production flow is conducted across planned and verified procedure, under verifued schedule and under planned and controled conditions. In the same time VIA PROM implemented and put into use System for food safety management, based under the international norm ISO ****0.
