Zhejiangxinchang Sunray Hornsey Stamping Industry CO., LTD was founded in 2004, we are the manufacturer for specializing in the production of separator, liquid reservoir, muffler and other refrigeration accessories. It located in Xinchang high and new technique industrial developing zone, next to the port of Ningbo and shanghai, with convenient traffic.

We are focusing on the refrigeration fittings of lean production and research and development over 10 years, the main series products have liquid separator, household air conditioning compressor with reservoir and muffler. The company has production workshop 16000 square meters now, with the capacity of 2.6 million sets of gas-liquid separator, accumulator and muffler.
 
In recent years, increased the intensity on the production equipment, has introduced various types of stretching machines which have high mechanization degree , automatic feed blanking forming machine, PLC program control of all kinds of cutting machine, flat head chamfering machine, and pipe bending machine, the domestic first-class tunnel brazing furnace, automatic welding machine, robot welder, automatic electrostatic spray painting line, and equipped with advanced testing equipment, mainly include the helium leak detector test, metallographic analyzer, compression blasting machine, intelligent analytical balance, thickness tester, salt spray test equipment, etc.
 
Nowadays, we have 180 staffs in company, there are 7 senior engineers, and have a excellent management team with the experience in practical management, production and quality. We are adopting strict qualities management system and scientific internal control quality inspection standards, we have gotten ISO 9001 quality management system certification and won the air-conditioning refrigeration industry minitype-pressure vessel manufacturing license.
