Acid Bright Copper Plating Brightener Single Component FF-213

PROPERTIES

Fast bright and high leveling and brightness ability.
Bright coating can be got with wide range of current density, even in low current density area can also get high brightness and leveling coating.
Wide operating temperature range, Good coating can be got at 20 ~ 30 ℃.
Particularly high impurity tolerance, it is not easy to appear pinholes, pitting, white mist on the coating.
Simple operation, single supplement, less brightener consumption, the bath is very stable.
Brightener particularly high stability, compatibility, and can be mixed with other brightener, transfer cylinder easily.
For depressions and where there is a significant improvement in the pinhole.
