Origin: It is a legume, edible fruit ripened grain, dry and whole cream colored with a black spot around the thread irregular shape, which develops within a sheath of the species Vigna unguiculada ^ (L) ^, grown in the north coast of Peru.

How to uses: As a food uniform, suitable for human consumption, rich in proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fiber, minerals and vitamins. Their preparation is conditioned by a **-hour soak with pure water and cook in pressure cooker (preferable). Consumption is recommended twice a week.

Features: Bean Castilla is top quality, because quality control is indicated in selected fields harvesting, preventive disinfection, cleaning, sorting, machine and hand selection (HPS), calibration, packaging and storage. The whole process under strict sanitary control.
