Description: sesame is an annual plant, whose cycle can vary between *0 and **0 days is a rustic species and rapid growth. There are three traditional ways to prepare the sesame which also leverage its properties:

Sesame oil: can be used like any other vegetable oil. It is very stable to rancidity.

Tahini: very tasty paste obtained by grinding the seeds. Replaces an advantage to butter and margarine.

Gomasio: paste consisting of about *5 parts of crushed sesame seeds and sea salt. It is also an excellent seasoning.
Base plates: cardboard boxes or paper bags with / without clear window of polyethylene or polypropylene. Thin plastic bag (polyethylene or polypropylene).
