I. Production Status

      Tiancheng uses DCS automated control system and continuous automated production equipment. The production capacity of CTA is *0,**0 tons/year with good quality, high stability.

Chromatograph, Japan Shimadzu LC**0AT Liquid Chromatography, and Switzerland Metrohm Automatic Potentiometric Titrator to ensure the advancement and reliabilityof production process and product testing.

Soluble in water, soluble in lower alcohol, not soluble in hydrocarbons, ether and other weak polar solvent.

 2). Product Features

    Compared with most domestic products, our CTA is more stable in quality, higher in purity, and higher in degree of reaction. In addition, the effective solid content is higher and the degree of frozen crystallinity is lower. Our CTA is applicable to use for all seasons.

    Compared with the solid etherifying agent, this product is used without preparation or easy to prepare and there is no water absorption phenomenon. The effective ingredients wont change during storage and transportation.

 3). Application

     Etherification agent can immediately convert to epoxy structure under alkaline conditions and can achieve products cationization reacted with base material, like starch and guar gum. The polymeride possesses cationic properties after introduction of etherifying agent perssad. The features are following.

   ① Increase the adhesive strength;

   ② Increase affinity for anionic substances;

   ③ Increase the solubility of water-insoluble substances.
