For seat chair mould construction have two kinds, one kinds is the chair in mould by vertical and another one kinds is the chair in mould by oblique, if chair have many slider or collapsible core we suggest use first kinds construction to avoid complicated mould construction. Seat chair mould usually we design by auto-automatic demoulding system and some customer request by hand or robot.

The most important is hot runner system and cooling system, considering customer may use recycle material for produce, so our hot nozzle will have filter for clear the material. And cooling system diameter by *2mm, *6mm or *8mm.
