Appliaction:

WHC*2 Bench-top transparent glove box offers larger inert gas environmentalworkspace with vacuum air locker and side door. Mechanical Gauge and 4 valves were installed for immediate use. The Glove box  is made of transparent polycarbonate for clear viewing from any angle. Polycarbonate construction affords resistance to a wide range of chemicals, high-impact strength and scratch-resistance and the smooth, hemispherical interior cleans easily. It is widely used for preparing nano-materials.

Stucture

• Made of **4 stainless steel sheet( 3 mm thickness )with sport frame and plastic painting
• Containment chamber Size:  **5Lx **0W x **0H mm  
• Two glove flanges are used to protect the gloves from bursting due to pressure differential while pumping out the air from glove box chamber.
• Plasticize painting for easy cleaning
• 6'' Latex gloves in standard pakcage
  

Vacuum pressure:

In airlock chamber:                 up to 0.*5 Torr (0.**7 mbar);

In Containment chamber:        up to 0.5 Torr (0.*7 mbar)

Note: 

The glove box is not designed for high vacuum. Stainless steel case may deform at higher vacuum

The gloves are not able to be operated under vacuum status. Vacuum process is used for purging the glove box chamber before operation.
