Advantage

Closing the vacuum flange, the glove box can be vacuumed by mechanical pump upto 0.5 torr before filling inert gas, ( moisture can be below **0 ppm and oxygen below **0 ppm ). Then you can save at least **2 tank inert gas from purging at each operation

Vacuum gauge and valves

• Made of *1 gauge ( 3 mm thickness ) **4 stainless steel sheet with sport frame , which provide heavy duty structure for high vacuum.
• Two vacuum flanges are included and allow glove box go higher vacuum to remove moisture and oxygen and operate  under negative pressure without expensive inert gas purging
• One KF**5 connector is installed in the back for connecting humidity monitor or other testing equipments.

Vacuum Pressure

Vacuum pressure:

• In airlock chamber when close inside door: up to 0.*5 Torr (0.**7 mbar);
• In side glove box when closing front flange: up to 0.5 Torr (0.*7 mbar)
• (Note: The glove box is not designed for high vacuum. Stainless steel case may deform at higher vacuum)

Positive pressure:

• Max: 1.1 atm
•  (Note: gloves cannot work if pressure is higher than 1.1 atm, **0 torrs)
