The introduction
of crusher:
Crushing machine brings to
bear on mechanical force, and breaks material’s cohesion to crush
into small pieces.
Crusher’s mechanical forces
include extruding force, disrupture force, bending force, impact
force and so on. Generally every crusher has two forces or more.
The hard material is available to use crusher with bending force
and disrupture force; breakable or plastic material is suitable
to use the crusher with impact force and disrupture force; sticky
or flexible material is applicable to use the crusher with
extruding force and shear force.
The Operating principle of jaw
crusher:
The electric machine drives
belt and belt gear and makes movable jaw move from up and down by
eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the included angle
between wrist plate and movable jaw, which pushes movable jaw
move towards fixed jaw, and at this time, the material is crushed
and disruptured. When the movable jaw moves down, the included
angle decreases, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw
plate under the function of pull rod and spring. The crushed
material discharges below the crushing cavity.
How to choose
suitable crusher:
1.Material’s physical
property, such as breakable, sticky, water and sediment content
and maximum feeding material size and so on.
2.Product’s total
production volume and grade required can be as evidence of
choosing crusher type and production capacity.
3.Technical-economic
indicator. We have to make required quality and quantity, simple
operation, reliable work and maximum save cost.
PE jaw crusher features:
1.Light quality, simple
component, compact structure.
2.There is a good filling level inside crushing cavity, and the
material is got uniform crush, adding the product pushed out
forcibly, so the high production capacity is doable.
3.The material is tumble up and down, so it is very easy for
material to discharge in a cubic shape. The product’s quality is
better than the simple pendulum crusher.
