Impregnated core bit is diamond type drilling bit, it is mainly used for drilling in medium hard or super hard rock formations. To achieve maximum penetration rate and long service life of the core bit, choice of suitable core bit is important.

The matrix of diamond core bit is composed of metal powder and diamond, during the process of drilling, the metal is more easy to wear than diamond, and the diamond plays a important role of the sharpening. Drillmax uses high quality diamond and adopts advanced technology for manufacturing the impregnated core bit so that the product has high efficiency and long service life.

Drillmax provides impreganated core bits with several matrix hardness: M3, M3/5, M5/7, M7/9. M9/*1, M*1 and M*4.

Available matrix height: *2mm, *4mm, *6mm (other height can be customized)

Different matrix hardness is designed for different rock formations.
