A Brief Description
The main power of the drilling rig is from 3 sets of CAT***6B
***0KW or 4 sets of CAT***2B ***0KW diesel generator sets. It
adopts the advanced digital AC variable frequency technology. By
means of the integrated design of electric transmission system
PLC, touch screen and drilling instrument parameters of gas,
electricity and fluids, the operation of intelligent control by
driller is fully realized.
It has front-open mast and double-hoisting substructure. The mast
and all devices on the floor can be installed at a lower
position. Drawworks is driven by shingle-shaft gear with
one-shift stepless speed governor, which makes the mechanical
transmission easy and reliable. The main brake is hydraulic disc
brake and the auxiliary brake relies on energy consumption of
motor. It is equipped with an automatic driller, which makes the
operating control system simpler, easier and more convenient and
the drilling operation safer and more reliable.
The configuration of drilling rig meets the requirement of
explosion-proof, safe drilling operation, convenient installing,
disassembling and maintaining of equipment as well as the
requirement for installation of top drive. In addition, it can be
raised by the power of drawworks.
The drilling rig can be divided into five areas, drilling floor
area, pump house area, power/electric control area, mud
circulation area, and water tank & fuel tank area.
