A Brief Description
The main power is from 3 sets of CAT ***2B ***0KW diesel
generator sets. It adopts the advanced AC variable frequency
technique and the entire system is the full digital-control type.
By means of the integrated design of electric transmission system
PLC, touch screen and drilling instrument parameters of gas,
electricity and fluids, the operation of intelligent control by
driller is fully realized.
Drawworks is driven by single-drum gear transmission with one shift stepless speed governor. The main brake is run by energy consumption of motor and the auxiliary brake is hydraulic disc brake.
Drawworks is equipped with an independent auto driller for emergency use to handle drill strings when the main motor breaks down.
It is equipped with the advanced crown-O-Matic switch and floor O-Matic switch to effectively avoid the accidental bumping or colliding at the floor.
It has front-open mast with double-raising substructure and be raised by the drawworks power. The mast and all devices on the rig floor can be installed at a lower position and be wholly raised to proper position.
The configuration of rig meets the requirement of explosion-proof, safe operation, convenient installing, disassembling and maintaining of equipment.
