The machine is applied to laminating various roll materials in the packaging industry like plastic film, paper, aluminum foil ***** tow-layer or multi-layer manner. The unwinding and rewinding equipments adopts the electric rotary shaft of independent dual-arms and duplex working positions. The machine adopts automatic dual-photoelectric tracking system, gas-sensing system for rectification, automatic tension control system, and constant temperature cycle of hot air drying system., and compressed air jack oven. It adopts the mesh roller gluing. Pressing glue roller and laminating roller are controlled pneumatically. The machine holds the characteristics of high laminating speed, lower noise, lower energy consumption and lower air pollution ***** 1. All unwinding and rewinding shafts are all supported by air-expansion shaft, assuring fast replacement, evenly supporting force and accurate centering. 2. Both the first and the second unwinding equipments adopt automatic dual-photoelectric tracking system for rectification to assure the unwinding edge smooth and tidy. 3. The tensions of the first roll materials, the second roll materials and the rewinding materials are controlled independently by automatic tension control system. 4. Quantitative gluing by the mesh roller; Pneumatic pressing glue roller; Back pressing doctor, sole electric motor controlling doctor's horizontal movement. 5. The heat-conducting oil in the laminating steel roller is heated up to make the roller heat evenly and save power as well. 6. Gluing and laminating employ the pneumatic pressing rollers. 7. The machine adopts dual-frequency control technology and Japanese pansonic transducer, assuring that it drives synchronously. 8. Total length of compressed air jack oven is 8 m and is divided into four segments, open and close of which are controlled by air cylinder. Internal guide roller is shaped in arch.
