As a halogen-free flame retardant, MC series is suitable for PA6, PA*6, PET, TPE, EVA, PE, silicone rubber, epoxy resin and rubber products. It has low application cost, excellent electrical
and mechanical and good pigmenting properties.Packing and storage:*0kg/bag or *5kg /bag, using kraft bags with PE inner. Handle with care, keep airtight and dry.
1.The special spherical structure (spherical structure composed of plate) , with a 1% thermal decomposition temperature of ≥ **0 ?, can reach the standard V0 level in nylon and can be heated by **0 °C.
2.The pH value is relatively neutral, does not corrode the mold, and has a small impact on the mechanical properties of the resin.
3.MC*0 have the advantages of larger particle size, faster feeding, more uniform dispersion, high flame retardant efficiency and no dust during use.
4.Our MCA has a higher whiteness.
5.Compared to liquid phase MCA, the flame retardant effect is better.
6.Injection mold fouling is lower, and the frequency of mold cleaning is significantly reduced.
