Operation of the cold spray process: First, the luminous powder mixed with ink,Mixing proportion is about 20-50%,Avoid contact with iron when mixing,after mixing evenly ,use the spray process ,sprayed into the glass surface,general 2-3times,and than seal a layer of white.Because of the luminous powders proportion is relatively large ,so spray while stirring stamp-pad ink,it would be more evenly. It should always contain luminous powder,otherwise, once the luminous powder sedimentation occurred ,caused the spray inside ink doesnt contain luminous powder or less luminous powder,and it would be create poor intensity or non-luminescence phenomena.
As for the process of the hot melting is relatively complex: It is general use of screen mesh printing process.First,mix the luminous powder with stamp-pad ink evenly ,the proportion is about 20-50%,it cannot contact with the iron during the mixing process.After mixing,use the screen mesh is 80mesh printing in the back of glass for 2-3 times.At least,seal a layer of white after print luminous layer,and then,firing,to avoid high temperature influence the glow intensity that temperature no more than 800 degrees.
