Structure features

These ball valves not only have the advantages of normal ball valve small flow resistance, fast open and close, good sealing performance,etc., but also have the structure features as follows:
1 The eccentric metal hard sealing ball valve adopts eccentric structure, during valve’s closing, the specific pressure between valve seat and ball body can increase rapidly, then guarantees the reliable sealing of the sealed auxiliary. When opening the valve, the valve seat and ball body can be separated rapidly. It efficiently reduces operation toque, which makes bruise  possibility between valve seat surface and ball surface reduce to minimum.
Adopting top-loading structure and adjustable lower cover washer, it can confirm the center  line of ball hole generally consistent with that of valve body, then can ensure the relative position of the ball body and the valve seat reasonable and exact?and can make sealing surface joint tightly and ensure sealing reliability.
The main load is supported by upper and lower valve rods, so at the position of closing, the loading between ball and valve seat can be relieved, which protects sealing breadth damaged. It is particularly obvious under high pressure or big diameter condition.
2 The floating ball metal hard sealing ball valve adopts elastic upload structure, ensures  contact between ball sealing surface and valve body sealing under normal closing condition. It can efficiently compensate internal parts expand with heat under high temperature condition, and avoid jam caused by high temperature. It is suitable for medium and small diameter and high temperature situation.
3 The fix ball metal hard sealing ball vale not only has eccentric feature of eccentric metal hard sealing ball valve, but also has other advantages. In additionally, it can be used with two directions, and is not easy to deposit sewage in middle cavity. It also can set sewage draining-off at the middle cavity according user’s working condition. 
4 The ball body surface of metal hard sealing ball valve adopts special surface hardening treatment, the overall valve body is made of special hard material or part bead weld hard material, which can ensure suitable hardness difference between sealed auxiliaries.
5 As the ball body surface adopting special surface hardening treatment, the valve seat adopts bead weld hard alloy, it can be scoured by medium during valve’s opening and closing, especially applied for solid grain and grinding medium.
6 Not only the ball body surface and valve seat surface with special surface treatment, but also other sealing surface material adopting flexible graphite, metal winding type washer and so on, then it can be used under high temperature and high pressure working conditions and with fire resistance function.
