Structure features

The round brass-inlay cast iron gate valve consists of door frame, disc, guide rail, sealing strip, drive screw rod, hanging block nut/lifting ear , regulable sealing mechanism and other parts, its features are as follows:
??1 The frame and disc are made of prime gray cast iron or spheroidal graphite cast iron. The guide rail is fixed left-right symmetrically and connects with stainless steel bolt location pin and the top of frame’s both sides(for medium and small diameter gate valve, its guide rail can be poured with frame to be one whole), the general length of guide rail is 1/2?1/3 of gate valve full-opening height, so the whole structure is with high strength, high rigid, good anti-wear and anti-corrosion and big loading capacity. ??
2 sealing by wedge-caulking of wedge device, the sealing material is brass alloy or rubber and researched after precision machining, so the sealing performance is excellent. 
3adopting embedded or embedded bolt type to install, it is with convenient installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, and long service life.

5matched with hoist to use, gate valve is operating part, hoist is executive part of gate valve opening and closing. The hoist driven by manual, electric, pneumatic or hydraulic mechanism leads the drive device of gear, worm and gear, etc. The drive nut or screw rod makes the brake shaft lift vertically, then the brake can be opened or closed, and can open water, close water or regulate water level.
