Light weight parts, reduced polymer consumption. Shorter cooling times, because the initial melt and mould temperatures are lower, ensure the excellent dimensional accuracy. Instant foaming molding with no holding pressure process, lower internal stresses, prevent damage to material characteristic beside short cycle and energy saving. Improved manufacture of thin-walled parts, so that applications can be produced with lower clamping force and, consequently, smaller and cheaper injection molding machines can be used. Cost saving would be realized by foaming technology used in big parts and thick-walled parts. Unique process with holding pressure decrease result in lower mold costs and mold design simplification.
