HMZD**0 Automatic Raper Setup Box Making Machineis a fully automatic machine mainly used to manufacture rigid boxes which is consisted of a cover paper and an inner box, such as gift boxes, , small boxes, jewelry boxes, ring boxes, necklace boxes, bracelet boxes, earring boxes, pull up boxes, chocolate boxes, shoe boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes, chopstick boxes, etc.

 

1. Suitable for all kinds of rigid boxes automatic production
2. Computer control with auto error display and malfunction display.
3. Automatic feeding cover paper and cardboard.
4. *4 hours control glue preheating 
5. Hotmelting adhesive automatic conveying, cutting and finish pasting the inner box quad stayer(four angles) of cardboard in one process. 
6. The vacuum suction fan under the conveyer belt can keep the glued paper from deviating.
7. The boxforming unit can automatically collect boxes and deliver them to the forming unit.
8. The boxforming unit can continually delivery boxes, wrap sides, fold ears and paper sides and form in one process.
9. Spotter unit apply high tech camera with5 million pixel ( accuracy± 0.*5mm. )
10. The whole machine employs PLC, photoelectric detector system and touch screen manmachine interface to automatically form boxes in one process.  
11. It can automatically diagnose the troubles and alarm accordingly.
12. Remodel for automatic production of different kinds of boxes

 Note:
1.      The max. size and the min. size of box are determined by the max. and min. size of cover paper.
2.      The production speed of the rigid box maker is determined by the box size, paper and cardboard materials.
3.      We dont provide air compressor. ( 6 atm=0.**6mpa, 5.5KW compressor is needed)
