1. Cover paper feeding system and glue coating system

1). *4 hours glue preheating and control system
2).The cover paper automatic sending with feeder system
3).The vacuum suction fan under the conveyer belt can keep the glued paper from deviating

2.Automatic Corner Pasting Machine

1).Automatic feeding cardboard
2).Hotmelting adhesive automatic conveying, cutting and finish pasting the inner box quad stayer(four angles) of cardboard in one process.

3. Spotter system
1).The glued paper and cardboard inner box employ hydraulic pneumatic rectifying device and servo device to spot correctly.
2).The spotting accuracy is ±0.2mm.
3).The whole machine employs PLC, photoelectric detector system and touch screen manmachine interface to automatically spot and form the box in one process.
4).Computer control with auto error display and malfunction display.

4. Automatic Wrapping Part

Automatically collect boxes and deliver them to the forming unit. The boxforming unit can continually delivery boxes, wrap sides, fold ears and paper sides and form in one process.
