【Product Name】Super Soft Hydrophilic Silicone Emulsion RH-NB***1A

【Introduction】Super Soft Hydrophilic Silicone Emulsion RH-NB***1A is quaternary ammonium modified  polysiloxane, applied to the hydrophilic, soft, and smooth finishing of the cotton,hemp,and its blended fabrics. No spot no stick. 

【Advantage】

(1)Excellent hydrophilicity and can absorb water immediately, increases the textile quality and endows the fabrics with comfortable dress feeling. 

(2)The handle of treated fabrics is soft, smooth,bulky and elastic.

(3)No yellowing.And it has little effect on color shade.

(4) If the dyed fabrics have some color failure or wrong color after the finishing, it doesn't need to remove the softener first and can be re-dyed. It doesn't affect the dyes on the fabrics with the deep color, pure and bright shade. 

(5) High shear endurable. The stability of emulsion is good. It has convenient usage and don't stick to the roll. Can be used safely in jet flowing machine. 

(6) Can be used together with softener flake and paste and increase the hydrophilicity and handle. 

(7) High performance to price rate and lower the usage cost a lot.

Appearance: colorless to yellowish transparent thick liquid

Ionic: Cationic/Nonionic

Dissolution: can be dilute in water at any rate

Soft and hydrophilic treatment of knit and woven cotton fabric.

Dipping process: 3~8 %  (o.w.f)

Padding process: *0~*0 g/l

【Package】*0kg or 100kg plastic barrel.

【Storage】Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 moths of storage period.
