Introduction    Soft Silicone Oil *0 RH***0A is Amino-modified Polysiloxane elastomer, applied in soft finishing of terylene, terylene/cotton, terylene/viscose and its blended fabrics. It can obtain excellent handle feeling.

Advantage

(1) It can endow the textiles with bulky, soft, smooth, and exquisite style.

(2) The working liquid has little dye lot and little foam during the dipping or padding process.

(3) It will not reduce the wet rubbing fastness basically.

(4) Together with smooth silicone oil, it has excellent handle feeling of softness, smoothness, fullness and elasticity when used in terylene coral fleece, terylene/cotton velvet, cotton/ spandex, cotton/nylon, terylene/spandex, etc.

Use Area

Handle finishing of terylene and its blended fabrics

Dilution Method

(1) Take the dilution rate 1:3 as an example, add soft water **0Kg, and then add high dense silicone oil **0Kg, using stirring machine to stir until the uniformity at the room temperature.

(2) Add Acetic acid about 4Kg, mix and then sample. Inspect appearance, qualified products is transparent emulsion, or blue fluorescence (it is best to put them in the glass to be observed)

(3) Filtrating (use **0mesh stainless steel), outlet and doing the package

Usage amount for reference

(1) Dipping Process:  Soft Silicone Oil *0 RH***0A dilution     **4% (o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:  Soft Silicone Oil *0 RH***0A dilution     ****0g/L
