Brief Description

L shape gantry crane is of gantry crane with smaller capacity (compare with double beam gantry crane), long span, multi-function, high efficiency and low investment, which can be widely used in outdoor storage, material yard, railway goods station, port / quay area and other place to load / unload goods.

Technical Characteristics

- 1. The box type girder being applied, that the work space enlarged and transportation, installation and maintenance are facilitated as well;

- 2. Trolley conduct is of trail cable along the steel rail;

- 3. Components and spare parts are of standardization and general utilization to facilitate installation and after sale service;

- 4. Power supply for the crane can be cable reel and contact conductor for customer’s selection;

- 5. Operator cabin has a good visible, where control table, fan, heater, cooler, air condition and telecommunication can be arranged reasonably to create a well work condition.;

- 6. Such tie-down as rail clamp, ground anchor, anchor chain are placed to prevent storm.

- 7. Lower investment when it is comparing with double beam gantry crane. So, it will be the best choice for some user where no more than *0t gantry crane needed to do work of material handling.

Main Technical Specification

- Lifting capacity is *0 ton (max.).

- Lifting speed for both trolley and crane is of variable speed or as requirement.

- Lifting height can be *6m or as required.

- Trolley traversing speed is variable one and according to the real requirements.

- Controlled by operator cabin or remote, and the cabin can be reached by ladder arranged on the rigid leg.

- Other technical parameter can be design according to work condition of the gantry crane.

- Power source for double girder gantry crane is the one of your local power. So, please let me know it when you send your RFQ.

Material for Crane Construct

- Material for general crane construct is Q**5B, which should be changed into Q**5B when the limit temperature is below **0 centigrade.

- Material for crane wheel is *2 CrMo.

- Portal hook for ladle is forged one.

- The steel rope is flexible one or customer’s required.

Component Used on Crane

- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Jiamusi or other international one like ABB, SEW and so on as customer’s requirement.

- Reducer is SEW of other equivalent ones.

- Inverter is Schneider, ABB or some other international ones.

- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor, and fuse are of Schneider, Siemens and so on.

- Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.

- Delivery time for the crane can be negotiated according to site requirements and our workshop scheme.

Shipment

- Dispatch port can be Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or some other China port suitable for loading of such equipment.
