MEMS***0H Series High Pressure Mass Flow Meter

The MEMS***0T series high pressure flow meter (MFM) is designed for real-time measurement and output of flow rates and other fluid-related information, it is high pressure resistance, and can measure micro-flowrate. The MFM features a local display, as well as analog output of ***0mA and digital output of Modbus RTU RS**5.  The local display shows gas flow rate and cumulative flow, gas pressure (optional), and gas temperature.  These information can be transmitted to the control system via analogue (flow rate only) and digital communication.
