The usage of whipping cream can be divided into three steps:
thawing, whipping and storage. Thawing is the most important step
becuase it is critical to final effect.
1.Thawing
2. The volume of whipping cream VS whipping machine
It is suggested that the volume of whipping cream should be
according *0% of the volume of the whipping machine.
3. Whipping
Temperature: Whipping result has certain relationship to the room
temperature. It is suggested that the temperature when whipping
should by between ****5C.
Speed: Using ordinary machine by medium speed.
4.Storage
It is demanded to be covered in refrigerator. Long time stroage
need well sanitary condition.
5. Special usage
When the room temperature is high in the summer, you can whip the
product with little ice. Firstly, thawing the product slowly and
then whipping the cream by medium speed. Upon customer's different
consuming preference, you can add coco powder, coffee powder or
fresh milk to get unique product.
