Operation: Printing*-Pre-baking*-exposure*-developing*-post baking*-etching*-stripping(remove the ink)

Operation Detail:
1. Pre-treatment: Clean up the surface of material, remove the oil, wax, etc;
2. Adjust: It is ok to add some dilution to adjust the viscosity of ink(In spraying way, add dilution with 1 ink: 0.7 dilution), test the viscosity before applying, the percentage can not be over **0%;
3. Coating: If you use spraying way, the viscosity of ink should be ****0s; If you use screen printing way, please use *7T***0T mesh; The thickness of ink film should be over *5um. If you screen print a pattern, please turn to Step7 directly;
4. Pre-baking: Hot wind cycling drying with ****0degree, ****0 min, after it cools down, the ink won't stick to your hand, that will be ok;
5. Exposure: The exposure power should be ******0mj/cm2;
6. Developing: Wash it with 0.8%*1% Na2CO3 solvant, the power should be 2KG/ cm² , temperature should be *0degree± 2;
7. Post-baking: Hot wind cycling drying with **0degree, ****0min; It is better to expose them with exposure machine for **5min so that the etching resistant ability will be better;
8. Anti etching operation, if the anti etching ability is not strong, and the ink drops down, then you could extend the ink thickness and baking time;
9. Stripping: **8% NaOH solvant, ****0degree, ****0min( if the thickness of ink thicker, then the second baking time will be longer, so will the stripping time.
